Background

Our distributor in Peru has a request for the installation of new fertigation equipment for the cultivation of blueberries.

These are 2 agricultural installations, the first one located in the province of Chincha of 20 hectares and the second one in the province of Ica, of approximately 30 hectares.

These facilities have fertiliser injection demands according to the phenological state of the crop throughout the year.

ITC's solution

In both cases, Dostec AC dosing pumps range are installed due to the variable injection rate according to the demands of the phenological state, within an oscillating demand range throughout the year or the crop cycle.

These pumps communicate with a controller automatically, allowing pulse or continuous fertilisation, dosing volumetrically and proportionally.
