After more than 20 years on the market, the well-established Dostec range of dosing pumps from ITC Dosing Pumps – A Verder Company has been redesigned with a fully updated concept, aimed at improving reliability, efficiency and ease of use.

The redesigned Dostec range incorporates significant improvements that simplify maintenance, handling and the replacement of spare parts. Key enhancements include:

Greater strength and durability: reinforced mechanical components and an optimised structural body to extend the service life of the equipment.

Simplified maintenance: fewer screw types and improved accessibility, allowing faster and more efficient servicing and parts replacement.

Design aligned with current standards: a more sustainable injection-moulded pump head and an oil cap with an integrated filter to protect internal components and reduce environmental impact.

A more modern and sustainable design

The new injection-moulded pump head uses less material without compromising strength or performance, contributing to a reduced environmental footprint. In addition, the oil cap with integrated filter prevents the ingress of particles, increasing equipment reliability and component lifespan.

Model availability and upcoming updates

Currently, the redesigned models available correspond to the Dostec 40. Over the coming months, the Dostec 50 and Dostec AC will also be updated, incorporating further improvements to enhance performance, efficiency and ease of maintenance across the entire range.

Versatility in dosing applications

The Dostec range includes piston and diaphragm pumps for chemical dosing, with pump head options in PP, PVDF and stainless steel, providing solutions suited to different environments and application requirements.
