ITC has launched a new initiative focused on the wellbeing of its team: the introduction of fresh fruit across its facilities. The move forms part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, which encourages healthy habits and aims to improve employees’ quality of life.
The fruit, which will be provided regularly, comes mainly from local growers — many of whom are ITC clients and users of the company’s dosing pumps. In this way, ITC strengthens its commitment to the local community and the agricultural sector, creating a direct link between its business activity and the promotion of healthy eating.
This initiative is one of the first actions driven by ITC’s new Internal Improvement Group, set up to identify and promote ideas that support wellbeing, sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.
The fruit supply will gradually be adapted to suit employees’ preferences and demand, ensuring the initiative continues to evolve based on participation and interest from staff.
Through actions like this, ITC reaffirms its commitment to people, the region and sustainability — proving that small gestures can lead to meaningful changes in corporate culture and everyday working life.
